About the Thomas Mill Community

Thomas Mill derives its name from an old mill located nearby with the same name. The mill harkens back to the earliest days of Glen Allen when local farmers would bring their grain to the mill for grinding into flour. A beautiful stone dam also adds beauty to the mill site and creates a millpond area.
